    The toilets in this hospital are dirtier than railway station toilets in India. The linen used in Radiology section is not fit for hospital use.The hospital has been certified to ISO 9001: 2000 by a company which does not seem to have a good name. The condition of the hospital is an indicator of this.We have complained to doctors who say they are helpless. An attempt to get a feedback form once produced a lot of staff ire and had to be given up. The hospital needs to improve a lot on hygeine factor and work enviornment. Doctors are competent and generally good and cooperative. Paramedica;l staff need to improve their patient skills. Class IV staff (janitors) spit into the garbage bin inside the hospitals.
