Accountant General's Bungalow B-3, is the residence of the incumbent Accountant General for the State of Orissa. The building presently sports a white colour, while the boundary walls are red in colour which blends in well with the surrounding red soil. The Bungalow was built in the early 50's when the State Capital was founded. From circa 2002 onwards, the Bungalows' garden has been highly reputed and has won many awards in various flower shows organised in the city. It was adjudicated the best garden for 3 years continuously from 2003 to 2005. The circular garden was added during the incumbency of Shri Ranjan Ghose, A.G.(Audit-II), Orissa who resided here from 1999 to 2002. However the garden became a true garden in terms of maintainance, plethora of flowers of different varieties as well as its unique designs during the incumbency of Smt. Anita Pattanayak, A.G.(A&E), Orissa who is the current incumbent from 2002 onwards. The garden shines even in the night time owing to a chic but inexpensive garden lighting system which makes the building glow as well in the night. Mr. Reddy the gardener also needs a special mention, as the garden wouldn't be what it is without his able hands. Anyone in love with nature must visit the residence with permission though.

the house belongs to (late)S N DWIEDYH(EX GOVERNER OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH)...H K MISHRA(ex GM RSP)the son in law of sn diwedy is handling the house....hey this is the den some lions of sahid nagar.....this a mess where u wll find people frm all around orissa ,bihar,jharkhand,assam,west bengal...the history says about this place.....the caretaker ratnagar is a person who has been the prominent person and has served the place for years.....

only day to night masti in the hostel.days r unforgetable for astudent of this great institution
