bhai we must flat htis in twitter, face book , now the time has come for the youth to get salms to this nasty builder and should go for indepedent house, one thing i want to add you i am appealing to get verify the bulders family back gorund also in which family he has ggrown up rest decision is up to you how you selecting the bulder beware of this type builder.

hi i am also a victim of a builder and that bastard bulder is PURUSOTTAM INFRATECH build appartment in name of purusottam enclave at kalarahanga near subhadra appartment . i think this bastrd falls on the wost catagory you never have seen your life and this time i am not purchase land i purchased flat because i was afraid i should not trapped by fraud builder still i found i was made fool , normally all the this local bastrd builder are commitng so many promises and once they have handovered the flat they dont listen they keep on expanding their infrastucture and they dont even give the drive way pasage for the car parking promising so many rosy pictures and my sincere request to you deal with genunie house hold person by checking all legal docment by hiring a legal adviser , one important thing many builder even have no BDA approval keep on building flat . when you meet they will talk you very sweet voice one you have paid all off their money . the list of touble i am facing by puchasing a flat i think i shoud put infront of you my dear friend 1.they are not giving any childrens park or lawn,swimming pool they promise for you. 2 No commuty hall . 3 narrow drive way for car parking . 4 they dont favour for society so far as their building keep on expanding. 5 they are insitng money in name of society charge and consume all electricity and water to build for which you have to pay . 6 they will post security not for your safety but for to lookafter heir material , lading onloading truck etc, for which you have to pay 7 they are keeping back up generator for their work not for your imergency. 8 build illigal floor for which you have to pay the price of land on which they have equal share they are making interior furnishing you will find wall seepage , in bathroome sound and smell when other are using 9 worst kind of sanitary material using which can not handling hydraulics pressure from the upper flat and easily water flooding when you are out, they are making balconey bath room floor drainage in one side and watter logging in other side. 10while you complain they never say "i wont do" always make you assurance that things will be done you have listed all your complain in vein 11 they will start illigal construction if you oppose they will threat by showing gunda and money power 12 still they are claiming at they are genuine from rest of builder After going through this if you feel proud by purchasing flat it up to you only god can save you , So my sincere request to all of you to stay away from this type of bulder dont go for cheap price any how spending 30 lakha is not cheap at all , in this price you can own flat in mumbai delhi banglore also where you flat will give good appreciation but in bhubaneswar since last two years there is a stagnation . If you still feel you should own a flat you better go for reputed builders those are from outside like Bipule, Tirumala, and our deshi bulder like Utkal height , Z-one,Royal Lagoon etc other wise you will be oneday toppled like me and just paying EMI with Mental stress appreciation .its the true fact you may belive or not its up to you.
